We have added decimals to student's scores in points. The following explains how they work.
If the maximum number of points is <10, we show two digits after the decimal point.
If the maximum number of points is >=100, we show no digits after the decimal point.
Otherwise, we show 1 digit after the decimal point.
Add status published/not published to problems screens.
