The answer is Yes and No. It depends on how small or big the number that you are trying to round. More precisely, Gradarius allows answers to be off by 0.1% of the original answer.
For example, 3.39 would be accepted if the original answer is 3.3894 since 0.1% of 3.3894 is
0.001*3.3894=0.003894
and
3.3894-0.003894 = 3.385506 & 3.3894+0.003894= 3.393294
we can see that 3.39 is between 3.385506 and 3.393294
