Yes as long as the assignment is set to allow students to review reference solutions after deadline.
Please note that if you select "After a number of submissions" and enter the number of attempts for reference solution review, the students will not be able to see the reference solutions of the problems that they did not make the number of attempts as you selected, even after the deadline of the assignment
