There are multiple ways to report an issue or seek support.
- Send an email regarding your issue to support@gradarius.com, which automatically creates a ticket at Freshdesk. Tickets are a way of tracking all the progress on an issue much like how a ticket at a restaurant passes from server to cook and back to the customer. As your issue progresses, you will receive email notifications.
- Use "Help" link to get to https://gradarius.freshdesk.com/support/home, where you can create a ticket about your issue or search for a solution in our knowledge base.
- Use "Report an Issue" button to explain the issue in steps. We highly recommend you to use "Report an issue" if you are having any technical issues, like "System error" messages.
