Yes. Follow the steps described below to assign different points to the problems in an assignment.

Select "Configure" by clicking on the ellipses menu (three dots) at the right end of the exercise.

At the “Exercise configuration" window turn on the “Advanced” and Change the points for that exercise from "100" to the points you desire.

Hit "OK" to finish.
